There is no fee payable to access the site as a guest or as a registered member. However, please note that accessing the site as a guest or registered member will only give you limited access to features and areas of the site. If you would like full access to all the features and areas of the site and access to all the services, then you should purchase one of our subscription packages. Your account is for your personal use only. You may not authorize others to use your account or attempt to use another member’s account without first obtaining their consent. Objectionable content

If you have any concerns or objections about the content hosted on this website or its intellectual property rights as a legally affected party, please contact Striking Seconds. When striking seconds receive your complaint, they must immediately evaluate and address your rights and complaint in order to promptly redress them. If the content is found to be objectionable and violates your legal rights or those of an affected party, then Striking Seconds will take down the content. Without recourse to this procedure, you will have no cause of action against the Striking Seconds or its directors. In any event, once content is taken down, you will have no claim whatsoever against Striking Seconds or its directors in any court of law or forum.

Your responsibility

Striking Seconds reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor the information or content you submit to the Site or post in the public areas of the Site. Striking Seconds reserves the right to remove any such information or content that: (i) in its sole opinion violates or may violate any applicable law or these terms of use; or (ii) is requested by a third party.

Security

You agree that you are responsible for keeping your screen name and password for your account secret. You acknowledge that Striking Seconds is not responsible for third-party access to your account that results from sharing by you or the theft or misappropriation of your screen name and password. Striking Seconds reserves the right to suspend your access to the site or terminate your account if it suspects an unauthorised person is attempting to access it.

Reporting

You agree to notify Striking Seconds immediately about: (i) any violation of these terms of use by others (including but not limited to other members) of which you become aware; and (ii) any known or suspected unauthorised access to your account.

Risks of using the site and services

You assume all risk when using the site and the services, including but not limited to, all of the risks associated with any online or offline interactions with others, including browsing. You understand that Striking Seconds is unable to guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information provided to you by or about other members, and that Striking Seconds is unable to confirm that any member is who he or she claims to be. Those Striking Seconds do not warrant and are not responsible for ensuring that other members are in compliance with these terms of use. You agree to take all necessary precautions when communicating with or meeting individuals through the site. You understand that Striking Seconds makes no guarantees or warranties, either express or implied, regarding individuals you meet or confront through the site or as to the conduct of such individuals.

Members outside the Republic of India

By registering and creating a member profile, you consent to the wider dissemination of the information you provide in that profile to the other users of the Site, some of whom may be outside the Indian Subcontinent, to allow you to date in an online environment. Striking Seconds will keep your personal information private unless: (i) you have posted it for publication or display; or (ii) Striking Seconds is required by law or an instruction from a regulatory body of competent jurisdiction to disclose it.

User Material 

You may be allowed to provide your views, comments, feedback options, opinions, videos, images, or advertising sites on the sites. You are solely responsible for the material you submit. You must ensure that such material complies with applicable law, and you are affirming that you are the sole creator or owner of the materials submitted by you and that no one else has any rights to it or can claim ownership of it, or that it infringes on the rights of others. Governing Laws and Dispute Resolution 

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. In the event of any dispute between the parties, such a dispute shall be settled through arbitration by a single arbitrator appointed by Striking Seconds in accordance with the Arbitration & Conciliation Act of 1996 or any amendment or replacement thereof. The arbitration will take place in Thiruvananthapuram, and the language will be English. Any award made as a result of such arbitration is final and conclusive.

Subject to the foregoing, the courts of Thriruvananthapuram shall have exclusive jurisdiction over these terms and conditions.
